Job Description

Role : Product Manager

Function : Product Management

Work location : Vadodara, Gujarat

Who are You:

- A Product Manager is in charge of a broad scope of product-related activities, related to Product strategy >Product vision >Product design >User research

- Product development > Product growth and marketing >Product analytics and metrics Structuring the product organization

- Initiatives across the entire product lifecycle > from customer discovery and user research to development and delivery.

Experience : 1+ Years

Qualification : B.E/B.tech/M.E/ M.tech (EC, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication,

Computer Engineering, CSE)

Technical Skills Set Required:

- Define and Conceptualize the Products

- Define new functions and features in the products

- Define Product Roadmaps and bringing new technologies into the products

- Induct innovative features and functions in the product

- Draft Technical, functional and non-functional requirements of the products

- Decide backlog priorities based on business needs and loading for R&D development

- Guide cross functional project team to achieve Project Goals

- Experience in working with product development team (Software and Hardware)

- Can define marketing and sales strategy

- Help Sales & Marketing team on product positioning and pricing

- Conduct product launch session to partners

- Work directly with large and very large Sis/Customer on turnkey projects

- Familiar with VOC and deciding business priority based on QFD

- Familiar with R&D development processes (Agile, SCRUM)

Mandatory Skills

- Rich experience in product management/product life cycle management with electronic background

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English

- Outspoken/ Out of the box thinker (not introvert)

Good to have

- Preferably from Video Surveillance / Security Product industry

- Skills on technical story writing / specification writing/ Logical flow charts etc.

- Exposure in LCV/ROI/ P&L of products

- Exposure in UAT of the products Project management experience of AGILE, SCRUM (added advantage)
