We're seeking a Venture Relations Specialist to lead our investor engagement strategy and support our fundraising activities across pre-seed and seed rounds. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team, driving venture outreach and building long-term investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and execute venture engagement strategies to attract VC and angel investments.
2. Identify, approach, and manage relationships with venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic partners.
3. Create and refine high-impact fundraising materials - decks, investor summaries, and progress updates.
4. Lead the entire fundraising cycle: outreach, meetings, diligence, and closure.
5. Develop and maintain an organized investor database with consistent communication.
6. Collaborate with founders to craft capital strategy and venture positioning.
7. Monitor venture capital trends, market shifts, and competitor funding activity.
Ideal Candidate
1. 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, or startup fundraising.
2. Demonstrated success in sourcing or closing venture or angel investments.
3. Strong storytelling, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
4. Self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
5. Solid understanding of venture capital processes and investor expectations.
Compensation
Performance-based - 3% commission on funds successfully raised.
High performers may be considered for future equity or leadership roles.
