Compensation:
- 3% commission on funds raised (No fixed salary until pre-seed round is closed)
Overview:
- You will lead end-to-end investor outreach and relationship management to support fundraising efforts across our pre-seed ventures.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive investor outreach and engagement
- Prepare and refine investor materials
- Manage the full fundraising cycle
- Maintain and track the investor pipeline
- Collaborate with founders on capital strategy
Mandatory Requirements:
- knowledge of investor relations or venture fundraising
- Proven experience raising capital from VCs/angel investors
- Existing network of active investors
- Strong pitching, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-only model initially
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with top-tier VC firms (Sequoia, a16z, Accel, etc.)
- Early-stage startup experience
- Exposure to SaaS/AI fundraising
Compensation Structure:
- 3% commission on funds raised
- No fixed salary until the pre-seed round closes
