Matrimony.com - Senior Product Manager

At Matrimony.com, Product Managers own their respective product areas end-to-end. They define the product vision, create and continuously groom the backlog, and act as the voice of the customer within the organization. PMs are responsible for building seamless and intuitive experiences across mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop platforms. They work closely with dedicated sprint teams comprising world-class engineers, UX designers, and data analysts to deliver exceptional products that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the complete product lifecycle - from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Identify customer needs, analyze trends, and define competitive, innovative solutions.

- Build hypotheses and design experiments to validate product assumptions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, and Data Analytics to drive product development and measure performance.

- Lead end-to-end product execution, ensuring alignment across organizational teams to meet product goals.

- Continuously monitor product performance and iterate to improve customer experience.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong B2C product experience, with proven track record in 0- 1 product development (ideation to launch).

- Experience in launching innovative features on mobile platforms (iOS & Android).

- Deep understanding of user behavior in digital and internet ecosystems.

- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and product specifications in collaboration with UX designers.

- Hands-on execution capability, with strong strategy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Business acumen with the ability to grow products while understanding market dynamics.

- Familiarity with mobile platforms, developer ecosystems, and emerging digital trends.
