About the Role:

MathCo is seeking an experienced Immigration professional to lead and manage global mobility and immigration programs, ensuring seamless movement of talent across geographies while maintaining compliance with applicable immigration regulations.

This role will partner closely with employees, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and external immigration partners to support business growth and workforce mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage end-to-end immigration processes for employees across key geographies.

- Partner with Business Leaders to support workforce mobility, international assignments, and cross-border hiring initiatives.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on immigration-related matters, providing guidance and support throughout the visa lifecycle.

- Collaborate with external immigration counsel and vendors to ensure timely processing of visas, work permits, and related documentation.

- Monitor immigration compliance requirements and mitigate associated risks.

- Drive process improvements, governance, and reporting for immigration and mobility programs.

- Maintain and publish accurate immigration records, documentation, and compliance audits.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support strategic hiring and relocation needs.

What We're Looking For:

- 13 - 17 years of experience in immigration, global mobility, or international workforce management.

- Strong understanding of immigration processes across key markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.

- Experience managing work visas, business travel compliance, international assignments, and employee relocations.

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, legal partners, and external vendors.

- Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and employee advisory capabilities.

- Experience in technology, consulting, analytics, professional services, or other global organizations is preferred.
