About the Role:
We are looking for a high-impact Strategy Manager to drive key strategic initiatives and support leadership in solving complex business problems. This role is ideal for candidates with consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB - McKinsey, BCG, Bain) who have also worked in a startup or high-growth environment.
The role will involve working closely with founders and senior leadership to shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to define and execute company-wide strategic priorities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments to identify growth levers.
- Lead 0- 1 strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and expansion projects.
- Build financial models, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to support decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional projects across product, operations, marketing, and business teams.
- Translate high-level strategy into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure strategic initiatives deliver expected results.
- Prepare executive presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership and investors.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
- Experience at MBB (McKinsey / BCG / Bain) or equivalent top-tier consulting firms.
- Startup or high-growth company experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership and drive initiatives independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building and scaling new business initiatives.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
- MBA from a top-tier institution preferred but not mandatory
