Role: Strategy Lead
Location: Gurugram
Job Description:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, growth, founder's office, or similar high-impact roles
- Prior experience at top consulting firms and/or fast-growing startups
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to work on high-impact business issues and strategic initiatives across functions
- Experience driving complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Ability to work closely with leadership teams on strategic planning, operational priorities, process improvement, and scaling initiatives
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from problem identification to execution
What you'll do:
- Work closely with the leadership team on key strategic and operational priorities
- Identify, evaluate, and drive high-impact business initiatives across functions
- Solve complex business problems through structured analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Lead critical cross-functional projects and ensure strong execution across teams
- Build operating processes, track key business metrics, and improve organizational efficiency
- Support strategic planning, business reviews, and decision-making for company-wide initiatives
- Help scale the organization by driving initiatives across operations, product, growth, and customer functions
Preferred background: Pedigree education from Ivy League schools, IIMs, ISB, or equivalent top-tier institutions
