Role Overview:
We are looking to onboard high-impact Strategy & Business Leaders to incubate and scale new strategic initiatives.
This role is designed for professionals who have built strong problem-solving foundations in MBB and are now looking to transition into business ownership, revenue accountability, and execution-led leadership.
You will work closely with senior leadership to identify, build, and scale new growth engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 0-1 and 1-10 strategic initiatives with full ownership
- Drive market entry, new vertical launches, and growth experiments
- Translate strategy into execution roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Own revenue, profitability, and operational performance
- Build cross-functional alignment across product, sales, marketing, and ops
- Hire and lead high-performing teams as the initiative scales
Who Were Looking For:
4-10 years of experience in:
- McKinsey / BCG / Bain (preferred), OR top-tier strategy consulting + growth-stage execution experience
- IIT / IIM alumni strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in:
- Growth strategy
- Market expansion
- P&L ownership or revenue-linked initiatives
- Strong analytical depth + execution bias
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
