Role Overview
We are hiring Program Managers - Director's Office to strengthen our B2B division. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, consulting-style problem solving, and pre-sales execution, working closely with leadership to design, position, and launch high-impact B2B programs.
Location: Udyog Vihar -Gurugram
Employment type:on-site (5 days)
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as pre-sales strategy partner for enterprise and government B2B opportunities
2. Translate client needs into structured program solutions and proposals
3. Lead strategy and GTM for new B2B program launches
4. Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
5. Coordinate with Sales, Academics, Marketing, and leadership during pre-sales and launch
6. Build reusable pre-sales assets and improve solutioning processes
Ideal Profile
1. 3-5 years in consulting, strategy, pre-sales, research, program management, or B2B solutioning
2. Strong structuring, research, and stakeholder communication skills
3. Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
4. MBA from a Tier-1 institute (mandatory)
