The institution has also built one of the country's strongest student startup ecosystems, with 10+ students pitching on Shark Tank India and 20+ students raising external funding for their ventures, alongside several successful creators and internet entrepreneurs.

Role Overview: The Program Manager for PGP Rise plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation, academic delivery, and overall positive experience for a dedicated cohort of students. This position involves comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of various program elements, serving as a key point of contact for learners, masters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Scheduling & Planning: Finalise term dates and holiday lists in collaboration with the Academics Team. Schedule sessions, workshops, and events throughout the term. Plan and coordinate residencies, immersions, and flagship events like Convocation.

- Faculty & Master Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact and manage logistics for visiting masters and Masters-in-Residence. Coordinate master availability, finalise teaching slots, and manage their calendar entries. Arrange travel, accommodation, parking, and provide on-campus assistance as needed. Coordinate food preferences for masters. Keep the Master Relations (MR) team informed on evaluation status for honorarium processing.

- Student Support & Communication: Manage communications with learners for events, residencies, and other non-academic updates. Distribute weekly chronicles. Manage learner parking requests and coordinate with the Admin team. Communicate the schedule for online proctored exam training and mock exams. Set expectations with learners regarding course guidelines and classroom etiquette (in collaboration with TAs).

- Operational Coordination: Ensure classrooms are booked in advance for weekend programs. Coordinate IT setup for hybrid classes with the IT team and TAs, ensuring tech checks are performed. Manage marketing requirements for events and coordinate with the Marketing team. Oversee general operational and special requirements for the program and events.

- LMS & Data Management Support: Work with the Academics Delivery team (TAs) and Academics team to ensure class lists are accurate, students are added to courses on the LMS, and tracking sheets are updated. Ensure Zoom links are created and added to the cohort link sheet and LMS session details. Support the transcript generation process by coordinating with the Academic Team and LMS POC. Manage master and TA assignments to courses on the LMS.

- Event Execution: Oversee the smooth execution of events and sessions on the day, including facilitating check-ins, ensuring AV checks are completed, and supporting audience engagement. Coordinate specific logistics and requirements for events.

- Feedback Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for collecting and managing Term End Feedback from learners. Participate in discussions regarding feedback with the Academics review committee. Convey learner feedback regarding masters that might necessitate a change request.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple internal teams, including Academics, Master Relations, Training & Development, Admin, IT, Marketing, and Student Experience, to ensure integrated and effective program delivery. Utilize dedicated communication channels like WhatsApp groups for real-time coordination. Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience in program management, or a similar coordination-intensive role is required.

- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events and logistics effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a formal to semi-formal tone in communications.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and coordinate with diverse stakeholders including faculty, students, and internal teams.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and adhering to strict timelines.

- A proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving issues.

Working Days:

- 6 day working with 1 weekly off during the weekday as this is a weekend only program. Location: Masters' Union Campus, Gurugram
