Role Overview :
The Outreach Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive outreach strategies to attract high-caliber students to Masters' Union's programs. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, universities, and other relevant institutions across Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Indore, Bhopal, Raipur, and Kolkata. The Outreach Manager will work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve student recruitment targets and enhance the brand reputation of Masters' Union. This role directly impacts the growth and success of Masters' Union by ensuring a consistent flow of qualified applicants.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy targeting schools, universities, and other relevant institutions to generate leads and applications for Masters' Union programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at target institutions, including principals, career counselors, and faculty members, to promote Masters' Union's offerings.
- Organize and conduct presentations, workshops, and information sessions at schools and universities to educate prospective students and their parents about Masters' Union's programs and value proposition.
- Represent Masters' Union at education fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to network with potential students and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns to support outreach efforts and drive student recruitment.
- Track and analyze outreach activities and results to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Manage and maintain a database of contacts and interactions with schools, universities, and other relevant institutions.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process for prospective students.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful outreach strategies to achieve student recruitment targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and workshops to prospective students and their parents.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape in India, particularly in the target cities.
- Experience in B2B sales or institutional sales, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
