Role Overview:

The Operations Lead - Supply Chain will serve as the backbone of our institutional logistics and procurement framework. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, ensuring that the resources, infrastructure, and materials required for our campus and digital operations are managed with precision. You will work closely with senior leadership, external vendors, and internal department heads to streamline processes, optimize inventory levels, and drive cost-efficiencies. Your work will directly impact the seamless delivery of our programs, ensuring that our operational capabilities keep pace with our rapid institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement robust supply chain strategies to optimize procurement cycles and reduce operational overheads across the organization.

- Manage end-to-end inventory control, ensuring real-time visibility and accuracy of assets to support uninterrupted institutional activities.

- Lead demand planning initiatives by analyzing historical data and future requirements to align resource allocation with organizational goals.

- A minimum of 9 - 15 years of professional experience in supply chain and operations roles, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to thrive in an on-site work environment in Gurugram.

- A postgraduate degree from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in business operations and management principles.
