Key Responsibilities: Pre-Onboarding: - Own communication and documentation flow between offer acceptance and Day 1. - Coordinate with IT, Admin, and hiring managers to ensure all systems, assets, and access are ready before joining. - Design a pre-boarding engagement journey to keep new hires excited and informed before Day 1. Induction: - Plan and execute structured induction/orientation programs for new joiners. - Coordinate cross-functional sessions (HR policies, culture, tools, business overview) with relevant stakeholders. - Continuously refine the induction curriculum based on feedback and business needs. Post-Onboarding: - Drive 30 - 60 - 90 day check-ins and integration touchpoints. - Track early attrition risks and new-hire feedback; report insights to HR leadership. - Own the new-hire buddy/mentor program, if applicable. Gamification & Tech Collaboration: - Partner with the tech team to build gamified, digital-first onboarding experiences (e.g., interactive modules, milestone badges, leaderboards, quizzes). - Translate onboarding goals into product requirements for tech/dev teams. - Use DarwinBox and other HR tech to automate and streamline onboarding workflows. Process & Reporting: - Build and maintain onboarding SOPs, trackers, and dashboards. - Report onboarding metrics (time-to-productivity, induction feedback scores, completion rates) to leadership. - Identify gaps and continuously iterate the onboarding process.
