Role Overview: As the Manager / Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Masters' Union, focusing on leadership hiring and building a high-performing team. You will partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across various departments to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. This role is critical in attracting, assessing, and securing top-tier talent who will contribute to the continued growth and success of Masters' Union. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent across all levels within the organization. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals. - Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks, to ensure a strong fit with the organization's culture and values. - Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of recruitment goals. - Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies, particularly for leadership roles. - Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. - Ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working on-site in Gurgaon/Gurugram. - Open to work Onsite from Monday to Saturday
