About the Role:

Masters' Union is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to lead Career Partnerships for its Executive Education vertical.

The role will be responsible for building and managing strategic employer relationships that create meaningful career opportunities for executive learners and alumni. You will work closely with leading organizations, startups, consulting firms, and enterprise employers to develop hiring partnerships, facilitate career transitions, and strengthen Masters' Union's employer network.

This role combines business development, relationship management, and career strategy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with senior corporate stakeholders and driving high-impact partnerships.

Specifically, this role will involve:

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, startups, consulting firms, and high-growth organizations to create hiring opportunities for executive learners.

- Build strong relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, business heads, founders, and functional leaders across industries.

- Identify hiring trends and map employer requirements to learner profiles.

- Drive employer outreach campaigns to expand Masters' Union's hiring partner network.

- Organize networking events, recruitment drives, leadership connects, and employer engagement initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal career services, admissions, and program teams to support learner success and career outcomes.

- Build long-term employer relationships to generate repeat hiring opportunities.

- Track placement metrics, employer engagement, hiring pipelines, and partnership outcomes through regular reporting and dashboards.

- Represent Masters' Union at industry forums, conferences, networking events, and corporate meetings.

- Develop innovative initiatives to enhance employer branding and strengthen industry engagement.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- 6-10 years of experience in Corporate Partnerships, Employer Relations, Career Services, Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, Executive Search, or B2B Relationship Management.

- Demonstrated experience engaging with senior corporate stakeholders and building strategic partnerships.

- Strong understanding of hiring practices across industries and talent markets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to independently manage partnerships from outreach through execution.

- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new partnership opportunities.

- High ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
