- Lead cross-functional projects across growth, partnerships, academics, operations, and new initiatives.

- Translate leadership priorities into clear plans, execution roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

- Evaluate new business opportunities and develop actionable recommendations for leadership.

- Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive execution and support critical business decisions.

What We're Looking For:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business leadership, corporate strategy, investment banking, entrepreneurship, or high-growth organisations.

- Strong preference for candidates from top-tier consulting firms, strategy teams, high-growth startups, or leading institutions.

- MBA from a premier business school is preferred.

- Demonstrated experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Ability to work with senior leadership and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

- Strong business acumen and comfort working with numbers and data.

- High level of ownership, bias for action, and ability to operate independently.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment.
