About the Role:

We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing professional to own and scale the student acquisition engine for a specific vertical at Masters Union.

The role will sit at the intersection of growth strategy, performance marketing, data and business outcomes, with ownership across the student acquisition funnel - from generating demand and qualified leads to driving applications, admissions and ultimately enrolments.

The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven, commercially oriented and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment. They should be able to move beyond campaign execution to understand what drives student demand, which audiences convert, where the funnel breaks, and how marketing investments can translate into enrolments.

Specifically, this role will involve:

- Owning the performance marketing and acquisition strategy across channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube and other relevant digital platforms.

- Managing and optimising marketing spends with a clear focus on CAC, CPL, lead quality, application conversion and enrolment ROI.

- Building a scalable acquisition engine across different audience segments, geographies and student cohorts.

- Working closely with the Admissions and Outreach teams to ensure marketing is optimised not just for lead volumes but for qualified applicants and final enrolments.

- Analysing the complete funnel from Lead to Qualified Lead to Application to Interview to Offer to Enrolment and identifying opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.

- Building robust dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track campaign, channel and funnel performance.

- Using data and cohort analysis to identify the audiences, geographies, channels and campaigns that deliver the highest-quality students.

- Driving continuous experimentation across audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages, campaigns and acquisition channels.

- Working closely with Brand, Content and Creative teams to develop high-performing campaigns and student-centric communication.

- Identifying new acquisition channels and growth opportunities beyond traditional paid marketing.

- Developing a strong understanding of the education landscape, student aspirations, parent decision-making and competitive positioning.

- Establishing clear attribution and ROI frameworks to guide marketing investment and budget allocation.

- Creating strong feedback loops between marketing and admissions to continuously improve lead quality and conversion.

- Working closely with senior leadership to translate growth data into actionable business decisions and acquisition strategy.

Ideal candidate will have:

- 8-10 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Acquisition or a related function.

- Experience in EdTech, D2C, consumer internet, fintech, marketplaces or other high-consideration consumer businesses will be preferred.

- Strong hands-on experience managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and other digital channels.

- Proven experience managing marketing budgets with a strong focus on CAC, ROI and conversion outcomes.

- Strong understanding of the complete consumer acquisition funnel and experience working with conversion metrics beyond just CPL.

- A highly analytical mindset with strong comfort working with data, dashboards and performance reports.

- Experience in growth experimentation, audience segmentation, retargeting and conversion optimisation.

- Strong understanding of attribution and ability to identify the true business impact of different acquisition channels.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with Admissions, Brand, Content, Outreach and senior leadership.

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting into the details of campaign performance.
