- Own the complete sales funnel from prospecting and lead generation to qualification, solutioning, negotiation, closure and account expansion.

- Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline across large organisations, CXOs, business leaders and institutional decision-makers.

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across target organisations.

- Identify new markets, segments, accounts and revenue opportunities to drive business growth.

- Build a robust account-based sales approach for high-value enterprise accounts.

- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Develop differentiated value propositions and commercial approaches for enterprise clients.

- Build scalable sales processes, operating rhythms, forecasting mechanisms and performance dashboards.

- Establish clear metrics across pipeline generation, conversion, sales velocity, revenue and productivity.

- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing sales teams across enterprise, B2B and inside sales.

- Partner closely with marketing, product, operations and leadership teams to improve lead quality, conversion and customer experience.

- Drive strategic partnerships and institutional relationships that can create significant revenue opportunities.

- Own sales forecasting and provide regular visibility on pipeline, risks, opportunities and revenue performance.

- Identify gaps across the sales funnel and continuously improve processes, productivity and conversion rates.

- Develop and institutionalise best practices across prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation and closure.

- Personally drive high-value and strategic deals where senior stakeholder engagement is critical.

- Build a culture of ownership, performance and revenue accountability across the sales organisation.

Ideal candidate will have:

- 10 - 15+ years of experience in B2B, Enterprise Sales, Inside Sales, Institutional Sales, Business Development or Revenue leadership roles.

- Proven track record of owning and delivering significant revenue targets.

- Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams across multiple sales channels.

- Strong experience in enterprise selling and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

- Demonstrated ability to build large pipelines and consistently convert opportunities into revenue.

- Strong network and experience engaging with CXOs, business heads, HR leaders and senior decision-makers.

- Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial or rapidly scaling organisation.

- Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, pipeline management and sales productivity.

- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to identify and create new revenue opportunities.
