About the Role: We are looking for an Admissions Leader for our Undergraduate/Postgraduate Programs to own the end-to-end admissions journey. The role requires a highly engaging professional who can build trust with students and parents, drive conversions, collaborate across teams and deliver an exceptional applicant experience. Experience in admissions at a premium university or business school is strongly preferred. Specifically, this role will involve:

- Owning the complete admissions funnel from enquiry to enrolment.

- Counselling prospective students and parents on program value proposition, curriculum, outcomes and admissions process.

- Driving application conversions while maintaining high-quality candidate experience.

- Leading admission interviews, counselling sessions, webinars and campus interactions.

- Tracking pipeline metrics, forecasts and conversion ratios; identify improvement opportunities.

- Partnering with Marketing, Outreach, Academics and Student Experience teams to achieve enrollment targets.

- Mentoring and manage admissions counsellors while ensuring process excellence and CRM hygiene.

Ideal candidate will have:

- 612 years of admissions, counselling or enrolment experience at a premium higher education institution.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with students and parents.

- Proven track record of achieving admissions and conversion targets.

- Excellent analytical, team management and relationship-building skills.

- High ownership, customer-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Undergraduate or Business School admissions is highly desirable.
