About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Leader to build, scale, and drive a high-performing revenue team.
This role will own the end-to-end inside sales function from team hiring and training to funnel optimization and revenue delivery.
You will play a critical role in accelerating growth and improving conversion efficiency across the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a team of inside sales managers and counselors
- Own monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Drive funnel performance: leads - connects - conversions
- Optimize scripts, objection handling, and closing strategies
- Build performance dashboards and sales KPIs
- Improve conversion rates and reduce sales cycle time
- Partner with marketing to improve lead quality
- Coach frontline managers to drive consistent target achievement
What Were Looking For:
- 10-15 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / high-velocity sales
- 6+ years managing large sales teams (100+ members preferred)
- Strong track record of revenue delivery and target overachievement
- Experience in EdTech, B2C education sales, fintech, or high-ticket consumer sales preferred
- Data-driven mindset with strong CRM and funnel analytics understanding
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, target-driven environments
