About the Job:

This is a high-ownership position in the Founder's Office, working directly with senior leadership on the organisation's most critical and ambiguous problems. Responsibilities span strategic partnerships, operational improvement, leadership hiring, and the launch of new business initiatives. The role has no fixed structure and is suited to a professional who can take ownership of undefined problems and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Initiatives: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and take initiatives from conception to launch.

- Complex Problem-Solving: Take ownership of cross-functional problems that lack a defined solution, and bring structure to them independently.

- Cross-Functional Execution: Support operations, talent, growth, partnerships, and strategic projects as business priorities require.

- Talent Acquisition: Help identify, attract, and onboard high-calibre talent, including for critical leadership positions.

- Strategy Execution: Work closely with leadership to convert strategic direction into measurable outcomes.

- Ownership of Emerging Priorities: Take responsibility for important matters that fall outside existing functional mandates.

Required Skillset:

- Strong academic record and experience in demanding, high-performance environments such as consulting, startups, investment banking, or a founder's office.

- Commercial acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

- Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and to challenge assumptions constructively.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.

- Proactive approach, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

- Sound judgment and a high standard of work ethic.

What the Role Offers:

- Direct access to senior leadership and exposure to strategic decisions that typically come much later in a conventional career.

- Significant ownership and the opportunity to shape business outcomes.

- Broad exposure across the organisation, with an understanding of how a business is built and managed as a whole.

- A potential progression path towards leading a business unit, establishing a new vertical, or assuming a senior leadership role.

Please Note:

This role is demanding. Priorities may change frequently, and problem statements may not be fully defined at the outset. It is best suited to candidates who are comfortable with ambiguity and are motivated by delivering results.
