Role Overview:
As a CRM Manager at Shanti Informatics, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy to drive user retention, engagement, and long-term value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data analytics, to design and execute high-impact campaigns that resonate with our user base. This role is pivotal in shaping how we communicate with our customers, requiring a balance of creative campaign management and rigorous data analysis to optimize business outcomes and ensure seamless user journeys across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to improve user onboarding, retention, and win-back rates across multiple channels.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from conceptualization and segmentation to deployment and post-campaign performance analysis.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on messaging, creative assets, and delivery timing to continuously improve conversion metrics and user engagement.
- Utilize SQL to extract actionable insights from customer data, enabling data-driven decision-making for personalized marketing initiatives.
- Oversee marketing automation workflows to ensure timely and relevant communication that aligns with the customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align CRM objectives with broader business goals and product roadmaps.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for strategic optimization.
- Manage complex projects by coordinating between technical and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing with 5 - 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation to support advanced segmentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable growth marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in managing marketing automation platforms and executing large-scale email, push, and in-app notification campaigns.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners effectively.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Gurgaon, fostering direct collaboration with team members.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related quantitative field is preferred, complemented by a track record of delivering measurable growth results.
