Role Overview :
The Program Manager for PGP Rise plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation, academic delivery, and overall positive experience for a dedicated cohort of students. This position involves comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of various program elements, serving as a key point of contact for learners, masters, and internal teams.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, analytics, and operations, ensuring that key initiatives are delivered with speed and excellence. It is ideal for someone who combines strong problem-solving skills with an execution-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Projects & Cross-Functional Execution :
- Lead and drive high-priority strategic projects across multiple functions.
- Partner with leaders across Academics, Admissions, Marketing, Student Experience, Career Services, Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive end-to-end project management, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution tracking, and timely closure.
- Identify execution risks proactively and work with stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
2. Business Analytics & Executive Support :
- Develop strong analytical insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare executive presentations, business reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Track key business metrics and generate actionable recommendations based on data.
- Support leadership reviews by synthesizing information into clear, concise, and impactful presentations.
3. Executive Office & Calendar Management :
- Manage the end-to-end calendar and scheduling for the senior leader, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings and commitments.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, reviews, and leadership forums.
- Ensure follow-ups, action items, and meeting outcomes are tracked and completed on time.
- Act as an extension of the leadership office to improve execution efficiency and organizational alignment.
