We at the Masters' Union are hiring for one of our important functional head roles.

Category Head - Capital Markets Education | India and US Markets

Location : Gurugram

We're looking for someone who understands the markets deeply and is excited about building the next generation of traders and investors.

This is a rare role that combines business leadership with academic ownership.

You'll be responsible for the entire Capital Markets & Trading vertical:

- Own the P&L and growth of the category

- Design and continuously improve the curriculum

- Work closely with traders, investors, fund managers and industry mentors to decide what should be taught and how it should be taught.

- Ensure exceptional learner outcomes and program delivery

- Manage faculty, mentors, stakeholders, and learner experience end-to-end

- Launch new programs and certifications aligned with evolving market opportunities

- Build a strong community of learners, practitioners, and alumni

We're looking for someone who has spent time in trading, investing, research, broking, wealth management, portfolio management or financial markets and now wants to build an institution along with the likes of Sanjiv Bhasin.
