Masters Union - Visa & Global Mobility Lead

Role Summary

- We are seeking a Visa & Global Mobility Lead to manage high-volume, multi-country, multi-nationality visa operations for students moving globally for study, immersion programs, exchanges, and internships. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where speed, accuracy, and coordination are critical.

- The role requires deep operational experience, not just policy knowledge, and the ability to manage urgent, complex visa cases across 80+ nationalities.

Scope of Role

- End-to-end ownership of student visa and mobility operations

- High-volume processing across multiple countries simultaneously

- Handling short timelines, last-minute changes, and complex documentation

- Close coordination with students, universities, partners, embassies, agents, and internal teams

Key Responsibilities

Visa Operations & Execution

Manage end-to-end visa processing for students traveling internationally for:

- Academic study

- Immersion programs

- Exchange semesters

- Internships and short-term programs

- Personally handle urgent, complex, and exception cases

- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and speed in all submissions

Country-Specific Expertise (Hands-On Required)

The candidate must have direct, hands-on visa processing experience for multiple of the following locations (clearly assessed during hiring):

- Dubai / UAE

- India

- Singapore

- Ghana

- United States

- Argentina

- Europe (Schengen & non-Schengen)

- This role is not advisory-only candidates must have personally managed applications, documentation, submissions, and follow-ups.

Multi-Nationality Student Handling

- Process visas for students from 80+ nationalities

- Understand nationality-specific risks, timelines, and documentation nuances

- Proactively flag and mitigate rejection or delay risks

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the central point of coordination between:

- Students

- Academic institutions

- Global partners

- Embassies / VFS / Consulates

-Internal academic and operations teams

- Maintain tight follow-ups, trackers, and escalation protocols

Process & Control

Build and maintain:

- Visa trackers

- Country-wise checklists

- SLA timelines

- Risk flags and contingency plans

- Ensure zero slippage on critical travel deadlines wherever possible

Must-Have Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience managing urgent and complex visa cases

- Demonstrated ability to handle high pressure, high volume operations

- Strong coordination, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail

- Experience with student mobility
