Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to design, implement, and manage development programs for faculty, staff, and extended teams. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design capabilities, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to partner with business leaders to drive capability building.
L&D Strategy & Program Design:
- Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs (classroom, virtual, blended, experiential) aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop competency frameworks for different roles across Masters Union.
- Create content using modern instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, AGL, micro-learning, cohort-based learning).
Program Delivery & Facilitation:
- Facilitate high-impact training sessions, workshops, and learning experiences for staff and faculty.
- Manage external training partners and vendors as needed.
- Develop facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, and interactive activities.
Learning Operations:
- Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) including course uploads, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate scheduling, communication, and logistics for learning programs.
- Drive adoption of digital learning tools and platforms.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
- Establish KPIs for learning programs and use data to evaluate effectiveness.
- Track learning completion, engagement, and ROI; generate dashboards and insights.
- Regularly refine content and methodologies based on feedback and analytics.
Talent & Organizational Development Support:
- Contribute to initiatives such as onboarding programs, leadership development, performance enablement, career pathways, and culture-building.
- Assist HR in shaping a learning-first culture across the institution.
