We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in budgeting, to join our dynamic team. This role requires collaboration across departments, proficiency in technical tools, and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Forecasting:
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans to align with organizational goals.
2. Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
3. Variance Analysis:
- Monitor actual performance against forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective action.
4. Modeling and Simulation:
- Build and maintain financial models to simulate scenarios, assess risks, and support strategic initiatives.
5. Business Intelligence:
- Implement and manage business intelligence tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
6. Communication and Presentation:
- Present financial reports, trends, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
7. Collaborative Work:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, develop financial plans, and share strategic insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.
Data Analysis Expertise:
Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong capability to identify and resolve financial and operational issues effectively.
- Communication Skills:
Proficiency in presenting complex financial information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
- CFA Any Level would be preferred.
- Preferred experience in due diligence, fund raising and dashboard making.
