About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Performance Marketing to lead our growth and acquisition efforts across digital channels. This role will drive end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, maximize ROI, and accelerate Masters Unions growth trajectory. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with deep expertise in paid media, analytics, and funnel optimization, who thrives on experimentation and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale performance marketing strategy across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, affiliates, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns to drive qualified leads, conversions, and enrolments.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative, design, content, and tech teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that improve conversion rates.
- Implement advanced audience segmentation, remarketing, and personalization strategies to enhance funnel performance.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics across all campaigns; extract actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Partner with leadership and admissions teams to align campaigns with overall business goals and student acquisition targets.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and automation.
What Were Looking For
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition roles, preferably in education, consumer, or high growth Startups.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.), and marketing automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of data analytics, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills with a bias toward execution and measurable results.
