We are seeking a Marketing Lead/Manager for the Master Camp Courses Department to drive brand visibility, learner acquisition, and campaign excellence across our portfolio of professional programs. This is a high-impact role for someone who can blend strategic thinking with execution - turning learning outcomes into compelling stories, and transforming campaigns into measurable growth.
You'll own the full marketing charter: from positioning and storytelling to performance campaigns, creative strategy, and partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand & Positioning:
- Define and execute the brand identity of the MasterCamp vertical - ensuring consistency across all digital and offline touch points.
- Translate program value propositions into powerful narratives, campaigns, and learner-facing content.
- Build awareness around the "MasterCamp experience" through impactful communication and thought leadership initiatives.
Campaign & Growth Marketing:
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels - Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and email - driving lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
- Plan and execute performance marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Design integrated marketing calendars that align with new program launches, admissions cycles, and milestone events.
Content & Creative Strategy:
- Collaborate with content, design, and academic teams to develop engaging storytelling - from brochures and landing pages to video campaigns.
- Curate success stories, alumni testimonials, and case-based marketing materials to showcase impact.
- Supervise creative assets for campaigns, ensuring brand tone, visual identity, and message consistency.
Community & Partnership Marketing:
- Build collaborations with corporates, media, and ecosystem partners to amplify reach.
- Work closely with learner experience and academic teams to highlight MasterCamp outcomes through case studies and content series.
Data & Insights:
- Track and optimize campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, CAC, ROI) using analytics dashboards.
- Derive insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: MBA from top tier college/university.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles in a startup/consulting or fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in resume building, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and career coaching.
- Strong facilitation and mentorship skills, with the ability to engage diverse student groups.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital campaigns, brand launches, and content marketing projects.
- Strong command of storytelling, positioning, and performance marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment that values experimentation.
