Requirements:
Education & Experience:

- 24 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media partnerships, or creator management.
- Prior experience working with influencers - either at an agency, brand, or platform is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems on YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to spot talent, assess audience alignment, and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative eye for storytelling and social-first content formats.
- Experience with tracking tools, affiliate systems, and campaign measurement
