Masters Union - Performance Marketing Lead

Our performance marketing lead will be:

- Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and conversion.

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies across multiple channels across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Affiliates, and other paid advertising channels to drive targeted traffic, leads and conversions.

- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product teams, to develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in performance marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to optimize performance marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

- Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to allocate resources effectively and achieve desired results within budget constraints.
