About the role:We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional to join our Corporate Relations team. You will be responsible for driving recruiter outreach, managing placement processes, and ensuring strong employer relationships to deliver exceptional career outcomes for Masters' Union students. You will work closely with senior leadership while independently managing key accounts and initiatives.
You will be a key external representative of Masters' Union, forging high-value relationships with HR leaders, CEOs, Founders, and ecosystem enablers.
Specifically, this role will involve:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers across industries to generate opportunities for full-time roles, internships, and live projects.
- Managing the end-to-end placement cycle, including JD collection, student shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer validation.
- Identifying and on-boarding new recruiters across sectors such as consulting, finance, product, marketing, operations, and emerging industries.
- Planning and executing campus recruitment drives and targeted hiring cohorts in alignment with company needs and student profiles.
- Supporting the planning and execution of employer branding events such as CXO mixers, webinars, and industry networking sessions.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, track outreach efforts, monitor conversions, and prepare regular placement status reports for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating with Career Prep, Student Affairs, Academics, and Alumni Relations teams to ensure seamless student readiness and employer satisfaction.
- Assisting senior leadership in executing special projects, market mapping, and expanding corporate partnerships domestically and internationally.
Ideal candidates will have:- 5+ years of work experience in corporate relations, business development, education sales, or similar roles.
- Experience in business development or partnerships across regions is a plus.
- Excellent B2B relationship-building and sales ability, strong CXO-level presence.
- Ability to lead end-to-end partnerships from identification to execution.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition trends and job markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
Note: Should be Open to Work 6days in a Week i.e. Mon to Saturday
