Job summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of training programs while also delivering high-quality training sessions to our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:

- Collaborate with curriculum developers to design and develop training programs aligned with industry needs and educational standards.

- Create engaging learning materials, presentations, and resources for various training modules.

2. Training Operations Management:

- Coordinate logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.

- Oversee the implementation of training activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.

3. Training Delivery:

- Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles.

- Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions to ensure active participation and knowledge retention.

4. Performance Evaluation:

- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance training outcomes.

5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

- Engage with students, providing mentorship and guidance to support their learning journey.

6. Mentoring Support to learners:

- Provide support to learners from industry mentors via a pool of experts

- Do Mapping of learner needs and mentor expertise

- Align sessions with the mentors and provide last mile preparation.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivering training programs.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems.

- Experience with mentoring platforms and utilizing them effectively for student guidance and support.

- Strong networking skills to foster collaborations, engage stakeholders, and expand training opportunities.

- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning.
