Reporting To: Head - TA

About the Role:

- The Lead Talent Acquisition will be responsible for building a high-quality talent pipeline across all functions at Masters Union.

- This role requires someone who can balance speed with quality, drive structured hiring processes, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.

- You will own end-to-end recruitment strategy, delivery, sourcing channels, vendor management, and hiring operations for all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Management:

- Lead hiring across all roles academic, corporate, campus ops, tech, and leadership positions.

- Build strong pipelines using sourcing channels like Naukri, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and agencies.

- Drive structured screening, selection, and offer closure.

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Coordination:

- Partner with business heads to understand role needs, timelines, and success profiles.

- Maintain strong relationships and ensure predictable hiring outcomes.

- Conduct weekly hiring syncs and pipeline reviews.

TA Process Excellence:

- Build and implement hiring SOPs, scorecards, interview frameworks, and TAT standards.

- Ensure candidate experience excellence throughout the process.

- Maintain clean documentation of interviews, assessments, and decisions.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the recruitment team (executives, senior recruiters).

- Set targets, monitor performance, and upskill the team.

- Ensure discipline in daily reporting, sourcing targets, and TAT compliance.

Vendor Management:

- Manage external recruitment agencies, negotiate terms, and track performance.

- Build a structured partner ecosystem for niche and leadership hiring.

Reporting & Metrics:


- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly hiring dashboards.

- Track metrics: TAT, pipeline health, offer conversion, joining %, and agency utilization.

- Provide hiring analytics and insights for founder and leadership review.

Employer Branding:

- Work with marketing to amplify hiring announcements, events, and brand campaigns.

- Build presence on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract top talent.

- Improve job descriptions, career page, and candidate communication templates.

What We Are Looking For:

- 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-scaling environments.

- Strong sourcing capability and excellent communication skills.

- Experience hiring across functions (HR, ops, finance, tech, academics, sales, etc.).

- Ability to manage high hiring volumes and complex pipelines.

- Structured, detail-oriented, and strong in process building.

- Energetic, target-driven, and able to work closely with founders and business heads.
