About the Role:
- The Lead - HR will be responsible for driving all end-to-end HR processes across Masters' Union, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, engagement, and cultural alignment.
- This is a high-speed, execution-heavy role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance people empathy with strong process discipline.
- You will work across onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, engagement activities, and policy implementation while supporting leadership with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee onboarding, documentation, ID creation, background verification, and induction processes.
- Ensure timely management of attendance, leaves, shifts, and payroll inputs.
- Own exit management, F&Fs, clearance, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data integrity (Darwinbox).
2. Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Drive 100% compliance on HR policies, POSH, statutory requirements, and HRMS processes.
- Maintain clean audit records and timely submission of compliance documents.
- Update SOPs and HR policies regularly in alignment with organizational needs.
3. Performance Management & Goal Alignment:
- Support goal setting, monthly check-ins, and quarterly/annual appraisal cycles.
- Train managers and employees on PMS workflows and expectations.
- Track PMS timelines, ensure documentation, and assist in calibration discussions.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Drive engagement activities, pulse surveys, wellness initiatives, and HR 1:1s.
- Track employee feedback and build action plans with leadership.
- Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and create an inclusive work culture.
5. Reporting & HR Analytics:
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring, engagement).
- Provide people insights to leadership and suggest data-backed interventions.
- Ensure all HR trackers are updated and actionable.
6. Collaboration & Leadership Support:
- Work closely with business heads to understand workforce needs.
- Support founder and senior leadership with structured updates.
- Represent HR in cross-functional meetings and operations discussions.
What We Are Looking For?
- 8-12 years of HR generalist/HR ops experience in a fast-paced organization.
- Strong execution capability and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Darwinbox preferred).
- Ability to handle ambiguity and move things forward without waiting.
