About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Lead Brand Marketing to spearhead our brand strategy,
storytelling, and market positioning. This is a senior leadership role that requires Deep expertise in building and scaling brands, managing high-impact campaigns, and driving creative excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, hands-on executor, and team mentor who can elevate Masters Unions brand presence across channels, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Masters Unions brand story, ensuring a strong, consistent, and differentiated voice across all touchpoints.
- Lead the development of high-quality content for websites, campaigns, and multi-format assets such as brochures, flyers etc. that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Work closely with leadership, design, admissions, and external partners to integrate brand storytelling into all initiatives.
- Guide and mentor content writers, graphic designers, video editors etc. ensuring all brand assets meet the highest standards of creativity, impact, and consistency.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; a masters degree is preferred.
