We are looking for a visionary Curriculum Head with an MBA from a top business school and strong curriculum expertise to ensure that the Masters' Union program remains at the cutting edge, surpassing Ivy League standards. The ideal candidate will actively participate in classroom sessions, collect and incorporate frequent student feedback, and ensure the translation of the curriculum vision into effective teaching. They will also focus on attracting and retaining top-tier faculty, ensuring faculty members deliver the program as per the Masters' Union's rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Excellence: Ensure that the Masters' Union curriculum is continuously updated and surpasses global standards, staying ahead of top-tier business schools, including Ivy Leagues.

- Classroom Engagement: Attend classes regularly to observe and ensure that the curriculum vision is being effectively implemented and resonating with students. Gather and act upon feedback to optimize the learning experience.

- Faculty Leadership: Attract and onboard the best faculty from both industry and academia. Ensure faculty members are delivering according to the high expectations set by the program.

- Post-Class NPS: Be responsible for monitoring and improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) after each class, ensuring that students are consistently engaged and satisfied with the course content and delivery.

- Conference & Industry Engagement: Attend leading educational conferences and events to stay informed about emerging technologies and educational trends. Build strong relationships with corporates and industry experts to enrich the curriculum and open new opportunities for students.

- Curriculum Innovation: Constantly strive to make the curriculum more cutting-edge by incorporating new business trends, tools, and technologies. Ensure students are exposed to the latest knowledge and skills required for success in the industry.

Required Qualifications:

- MBA from a top business school such as IIM, ISB, or an international equivalent.

- Strong curriculum development and leadership experience, with a deep understanding of academic and industry trends.

- Prior experience in McKinsey, BCG, or Bain (MBB) is a plus, but demonstrated curriculum expertise is a bigger priority.

- Proven ability to provide a strategic vision for business education and drive innovation within the curriculum.

- Experience working closely with faculty, students, and industry professionals to enhance the educational experience.
