Key Responsibilities

- Develop go-to-market (GTM) plans to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product verticals.

2. Operational Excellence

- Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.

- Build and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on growth and performance targets.

- Implement scalable processes, KPIs, and reporting systems to track company performance.

3. Growth & Marketing Leadership

- Drive growth initiatives across marketing, product, and sales functions.

Candidate Profile:

- 4+ years of progressive experience in business management, strategy, or growth leadership roles.

- Proven track record in scaling businesses, ideally in a fast-growing startup or dynamic corporate environment.

- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
