Outclass Brief:

Outclass segment immerses students in real-world business challenges through startup challenges, consulting projects, drop shipping challenge, creator challenge, and other experiential learning opportunities.


These opportunities expose students to various aspects of venture-building, enriching their understanding and preparing them to tackle the complexities of the business world effectively.

Courses offered under our outclass umbrella: Drop shipping challenge, Creator challenge, Live Industry Immersion, and majorly VIP - Venture Initiation Program ( Pre-seed, MVP, GTM, PMF). These courses are curated to teach students real-world business and perform accordingly.

Position Overview:

Outclass Manager will be closely working with the stakeholders: Director PGP, Head Outclass PGP, Team of mentors and operations, and students. As a manager outclass you will closely work in building and modifying the curriculum for VIP Startup building, making students experience building a startup efficiently and full of learning.


The person should be academically strong to judge the progress made and to evaluate their startups and performance. They should have excellent presentation skills. Mentoring students will also include taking sessions on different topics, etc.

Experience in Incubators, investing, and VC funds managing for 1 to 2 years is required and essential for the job role. The role will focus on building impactful experiences for students through creator-led workshops, venture incubation, and startup mentorship.


The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs, has a knack for coordinating high-impact events, and is skilled at fostering partnerships with key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workshop and mentor coordination (VCs, industry experts, etc.):


- Design and execute workshops to provide students with hands-on learning experiences from top-tier industry experts.


- Identify and onboard industry-leading creators and mentors to inspire and mentor students on their creative and entrepreneurial journeys.

2. Practicum-Based Startup Development:


- Curate and manage a venture initiation program for students pursuing startup ideas.


- Develop actionable outcomes for participants, emphasising practical, hands-on learning.

3. Mentorship Support:


- Guide students in their zero-to-one startup journeys.


- Facilitate with guidance, mentorship, and brainstorming sessions for students who pursue their startups full-time.

4. Partnership Development:


- Build relationships with incubators, venture funds, and accelerators to support program participants.


- Organise networking events, including sessions, dinners, and workshops, with leaders from public and private markets to foster connections and opportunities.

5. General Program Oversight:


- Collaborate with the broader team to align program outcomes with organisational goals.


- Continuously innovate and improve the program framework to enhance its impact and scalability.

Qualifications:

- Ex VC/ Operator/ Chief of Staff roles

- Tier 1 MBA / CFA / CA rankers

- Strong understanding of creator economy trends and startup incubation processes.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

- Passion for mentoring and empowering students in their entrepreneurial endeavors
