Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Drive the long-term HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise the management on workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational structure, and cultural direction.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives such as digital HR, automation, and AI-driven HR processes.
2. Talent Management & Organizational Development
- Oversee end-to-end talent management including attraction, development, engagement, and retention of top talent.
- Implement leadership development programs, succession planning, and high-potential employee pathways.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building.
3. Employee Experience & Culture
- Champion a strong organizational culture built on values, collaboration, and high performance.
- Ensure effective communication systems, employee engagement programs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Lead HR operations including compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and compliance.
- Standardize HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance across regions.
- Evaluate and implement HR technologies to improve operational efficiency.
5. Performance Management
- Define performance management frameworks to build accountability and drive results.
- Guide goal-setting, performance evaluations, and continuous feedback systems.
- Support business leaders with coaching and workforce planning.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation strategies aligned with market standards and internal equity.
- Oversee executive compensation and incentive structures.
- Ensure benefits plans enhance employee well-being and retention.
7. Workforce Planning & Organizational Change
- Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Align workforce capabilities with future business needs.
- Manage mergers, acquisitions, and integration from an HR perspective, if applicable.
8. Risk Management
- Identify HR-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure ethical practices and professional standards across the organization.
- Oversee employee relations and maintain a positive, compliant workplace environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Masters degree preferred: HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- Certifications (optional): SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, etc.
Experience
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior executive HR role.
- Proven success in leading HR strategies
- Experience in change management, culture transformation, and large-scale HR operations.
