Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
2. Financial Management & Operations:
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Implement scalable financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
3. Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify financial and operational risks; develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Oversee audits (internal and external) and maintain strong governance practices.
4. Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial operations with business goals.
5. Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
- Prepare board presentations and communicate financial performance effectively.
- Support fundraising, M&A activities, and capital structure optimization.
6. Operational & Business Support:
- Provide financial modeling and analysis for new business initiatives.
- Partner with operational teams to drive profitability and efficiency improvements.
- Support pricing decisions, cost-control initiatives, and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Masterss degree in Finance plus CA
Experience:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or corporate strategy.
- Prior experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, etc.).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, cash management, and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong business judgment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced financial tools.
