Role: Business Leader - Strategic Revenue Initiatives

About the Role:
We are looking to onboard high-impact business leaders with end-to-end revenue ownership experience to lead new strategic initiatives from 0-1 and 1-10 scale.
This is a P&L-driven leadership role for individuals who combine structured problem-solving with execution intensity.
You will work directly with senior leadership to build, scale, and own high-growth verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue and profitability targets for new strategic initiatives
- Identify and unlock new growth levers (new markets, new products, partnerships)
- Drive cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, product, and operations
- Build scalable GTM strategies and revenue engines
- Track performance metrics and optimize for speed + efficiency
- Hire and mentor high-performing teams
Who Were Looking For:
IIM/IIT graduate (preferred)
8-12 years of experience in:
- Management consulting OR Growth-stage/startup leadership roles
- Strong revenue ownership / P&L exposure
- Demonstrated experience building new initiatives or business lines
- Structured thinker with high execution bias
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
