We're now looking for a sharp, creative, and hands-on Brand Manager/ Marketing Lead to own our brand voice, build compelling content-driven campaigns, and position us as the most aspirational and relevant business program in India (and beyond). This isn't a traditional marketing role- it's an opportunity to shape a category-defining brand with fresh, non-linear thinking. What You'll Do: 1. Brand Ownership & Positioning - Own and evolve our brand strategy and identity in collaboration with the founding team - Build an emotionally resonant and distinctive brand narrative that speaks to students, parents, and the world - Ensure brand consistency across all channels, internal and external 2. Campaign Leadership & Content Strategy - Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) - Conceptualize and produce high-impact content-videos, stories, social campaigns, offline activations, collaborations, etc. - Work with internal and external creators, designers, and writers to bring ideas to life - Manage and report performance metrics across all touchpoints (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) 3. Digital + Offline Marketing Execution - Strategically use digital platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram) not just for ads but for storytelling and positioning - Experiment with creative formats, growth hacks, and community-driven content to scale brand visibility - Partner with relevant offline events, communities, and influencers to extend reach beyond just performance channels 4. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with admissions, design, product, student teams, and leadership to align messaging and priorities - Brief and manage small creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners - Drive projects end-to-end-from idea to launch to post-campaign reporting What You'll Bring - 4-8 years of experience in branding, marketing strategy, or content-led campaign execution - Past stints at boutique creative agencies, startups, or challenger brands are a big plus - Demonstrated ability to tell stories that spark emotion, curiosity, or action - Solid understanding of digital platforms, content trends, and campaign analytics - A first-principles thinker who can ideate boldly but execute with discipline - Strong creative judgment and taste; ability to push for originality - Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own outcomes - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Haves - Experience building communities or social-led brands - Understanding of modern culture and trends - Prior work on education, youth, travel, luxury or lifestyle brands - Comfortable with design and video production workflows Why Join Us? 1.
