Role Overview:
As a Brand Manager at Masters' Union, you will be the custodian of our brand identity and responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive student enrollment, and solidify our position as a leader in innovative business education. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels. Your efforts will directly impact the perception and growth of Masters' Union, attracting top talent and contributing to the overall success of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Masters' Union.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage the brand's visual identity and ensure consistent application across all marketing materials and communications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and informative content that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand positioning.
- Manage the public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives, to enhance brand reputation and credibility.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the brand budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the admissions team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support student recruitment efforts.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies that drive business results.
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience in managing budgets and tracking ROI.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Brand Strategy, Advertising, Public Relations, or Social Media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon/Gurugram.
