About the Role:

The Manager - B2B SME Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to drive mutual growth and success. This role involves building a robust network of SME partners, enhancing their engagement with the companys products or services, and ensuring sustained revenue growth through collaborative efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:

- Identify potential SME partners that align with the companys objectives and value proposition.

- Develop and execute a partnership strategy to onboard and scale relationships with SMEs.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to achieve win-win outcomes.

Account Management & Relationship Building:

- Act as the primary point of contact for SME partners, ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships.

- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to partners to enhance their performance.

- Monitor partner satisfaction and address any issues proactively to maintain a high retention rate.

Revenue Generation & Growth:

- Drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations and increased SME engagement.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design initiatives that boost partner sales and performance.

- Develop tailored strategies for different SME segments to optimize partnership outcomes.

Market Insights & Feedback:

- Gather market intelligence and feedback from SME partners to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

- Work with product and operations teams to improve offerings based on partner needs.

- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors to refine partnership strategies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Establish KPIs to measure the success of SME partnerships and report on performance regularly.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare detailed reports for leadership on partnership outcomes and growth opportunities.
