About the role:
We're looking for entrepreneurial and execution-oriented professionals to join the Founder's Office / Strategy team at Masters' Union.
This is a high-impact role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and enjoy solving ambiguous business problems. You will work directly with leadership on strategic initiatives across institutional growth, operations, new business building, partnerships, and special projects.
The role is ideal for individuals who have operated in high-growth startups, founder-led environments, consulting, venture ecosystems, or business strategy roles and are excited by the opportunity to build from 0- 1 and scale from 1- 10.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Working closely with the Founder's Office and leadership team on high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Driving cross-functional projects across growth, operations, partnerships, expansion, and institutional scale-up.
- Identifying business opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and process improvements across teams.
- Supporting execution of new initiatives, pilots, and business verticals from concept to implementation.
- Conducting market research, competitive benchmarking, and strategic analysis to support decision-making.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders including founders, investors, faculty, operators, and ecosystem partners.
- Building structured problem-solving frameworks and execution roadmaps for complex business challenges.
- Creating business presentations, strategic notes, operating reviews, and leadership updates.
- Driving accountability and execution across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Supporting leadership hiring, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem-building initiatives where required.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Strong academic pedigree from a premier institution.
- 2-6 years of experience in startups, consulting, founder's office, strategy, venture capital, private equity, or high-growth operating roles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking abilities.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to move quickly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of scaling organizations.
- Prior experience working directly with founders or senior leadership teams is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and execution.
