About the Role
We are building the online version of Masters' Union, focused on delivering high-impact, industry-relevant digital learning experiences. We are looking for a General Manager - Content (Head of Content) to lead the end-to-end content strategy, creation, and delivery for our digital learning platform. This role requires a strong blend of content leadership, instructional design, and business understanding to build world-class learning experiences at scale.
Specifically, this role will involve
- Defining and drive the overall content strategy for the online platform.
- Leading the creation of high-quality learning content including courses, modules, case studies, and interactive formats.
- Collaborating with industry experts, faculty, and practitioners to develop relevant and practical content.
- Building and managing a team of content creators, instructional designers, and editors.
- Ensuring content aligns with learning outcomes, user engagement, and business goals.
- Introducing innovative formats such as cohort-based learning, simulations, and AI-enabled learning experiences.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and pedagogy across all content.
- Using data and learner feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Working closely with product, design, and marketing teams to scale content delivery.
Ideal candidate will have
- 10-15 years of experience in content, ed-tech, publishing, or learning design.
- Proven experience in leading content teams and building scalable content systems.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and digital learning ecosystems.
- Ability to work with industry leaders and subject matter experts.
- Experience with AI tools and content automation is a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.a
