About the Role :
- We're looking for a seasoned brand thinker and creative leader who knows how to turn strategy into standout storytelling. As our Brand & Creative Marketing Lead, you'll not only shape how the brand shows up, you'll build and lead the team that brings it to life.
- This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and leadership, for someone who can think big, execute sharply, and inspire others to do their best work.
What You'll Do :
Brand Strategy & Leadership :
- Own and drive the long-term brand vision, positioning, and narrative
- Translate business priorities into impactful brand strategies
- Lead brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and guidelines
Team Leadership :
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative/brand team
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and inspiration to designers, writers, and marketers
- Manage external agencies and creative partners
Creative Direction :
- Set the creative bar for all campaigns and communications
- Lead concept development for high-impact campaigns (digital, offline, integrated)
- Ensure all outputs are distinctive, consistent, and culturally relevant
Campaigns & Content :
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across channels
- Drive storytelling across social media, brand films, launches, and partnerships
- Identify opportunities for innovative brand moments and collaborations
Performance & Insights :
- Define and track brand KPIs (awareness, recall, engagement, perception)
- Use data and insights to refine strategy and creative direction
- Stay ahead of trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or creative strategy
- 4+ years of proven leadership experience managing teams or agencies
- Strong portfolio of impactful brand campaigns and creative work
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with executional excellence
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems and content platforms
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points If You Have :
- Experience scaling brands (startup or high-growth environments)
- Background in integrated campaigns (ATL + BTL + digital)
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships
