Impact as Associate Managing Consultant : As an Associate Managing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead key client engagements across a range of industries and types of projects. Your role may involve: Project Delivery & Client Relationships : - Generating key hypotheses and independently structuring workstreams covering client problems - Identifying creative and useful analyses to address client problems - Overseeing the day-to-day work of the Project Delivery team - Synthesizing analyses into clear, sound recommendations, creating effective, impactful storylines and presentations, and delivering them to clients - Building strong relationships with mid-level client management and independently assessing client agenda, internal culture and change readiness - Identifying engagement risks Firm and Business Development : - Identifying client challenges and bringing ideas on opportunities to the attention of senior Mastercard Advisors staff - Contributing to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development - Contributing to proposal preparation - Taking opportunities to mentor junior teammates Qualifications: Required : - MBA from a tier-1 institute - 3 to 5 years of post-MBA experience.
