Master Trainer - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Your role will involve creating engaging and interactive learning materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and providing sessions to help learners achieve their goals.

- You will also stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate them into your training sessions. As an AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI talent by equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in this rapidly evolving field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives.

- Provide regular updates and reports on training progress and outcomes to relevant parties.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training content on AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, and Cloud technologies.

- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including lectures, simulations, and hands-on labs.

- Customize training materials to meet the specific needs and skill levels of the audience.

- Design, update, and enhance training curriculum and materials to ensure they are current
with industry trends and best practices.

- Develop and administer assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training and the
proficiency of participants.

- Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to help them improve their skills
and knowledge.

- Offer guidance and support to participants throughout their learning journey.

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and collaboration.

- Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Azure,
Data Science, and Cloud technologies.

- Conduct research and self-study to continuously improve personal expertise and
instructional methods.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical trainer in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, and Cloud technologies.
